Camp Information:

This camp will be hosted 3 days a week, for two weeks. This camp will focus on developing sport-related fitness components such as agility and endurance. By developing these important skills, my aim is to promote self-actualization amongst your athletes and to establish a winning mindset. Moreover, this camp will be used to introduce the sport to new players as well as refine the fundamentals of already existing lacrosse players in the community through drills and small-sided games. To top it off, all attendees will receive customized pennies.

Private Lessons

We're lucky to have a growing number of college lacrosse players who stick around for the summer. Sometimes, individual or small group lessons are the best way to help your athlete get ahead for next season.  If you'd like to schedule some individual or group lessons, please email Zach Iannucci

TRAINING AT THE PERFORMANCE LAB

Coach Austin at the Performance Lab is offering strength, speed, and agility training this summer. For $100, any Warrior can sign up for the summer and train twice weekly. Reach out to Austin for more info 309-533-6308.

FALL LACROSSE OPTIONS

There are a couple options to keep an eye out for this fall starting in mid to late August:

Lacrosse 101 - Non-contact intro to lacrosse open to boys and girls grades 1-8 (9/6/2025 - 10/11/2025). Great for beginners and younger players.

Sixes at IWU - This program is held on Sundays at IWU by the IWU lacrosse team and coaches, open to boys grades 1-8. It's a mix of instruction and scrimmages, utilizing full equipment. This is great for beginners looking to jump right in and experienced players. Gear will be available for rent or purchase.
